Upcoming
Sunday Services & Events

This Week's Sunday Service and Other Events:
GHUUC AND THE CURRENT SITUATION

Our Sunday Services are In Person services when possible. These services will be a HYBRID service, so that people who feel uncomfortable or are unable to meet in person can still participate in the service.

Other meetings, such as committee meetings, Gratitude Time and Adult RE are virtual unless otherwise stated.

As we gather in person,
Masks are optional in the building and we ask that you respect physical distance. If you are sick, even if it is not COVID, please Zoom in instead of in person.

Sunday Services Schedule
11:00 a.m. Sunday mornings online via the Zoom app and, most Sundays, at the GHUUC building. If you do participate by Zoom, the session opens up at 10:30 a.m., so please sign on prior to 11:00 a.m.

For 2025 our theme will be "Taking Action"

May 18 – “Trillium Walk” – For our Sunday Service experience this week, we will be in the woods at Wolf Creek Narrows.

We will meet at the parking lot at Wolf Creek Narrows at 11 am. There will be a short, centering service, and then we will walk, hike, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

To get to Wolf Creek Narrows from downtown Slippery Rock, head north on Rt 258 (Main St.) with Sheetz on your right. Just past Sheetz (on Rt 258 North), make a left onto Water St. Continue on Water St., and it will turn into Miller Rd. Take that until you see Wolf Creek. Cross over the bridge and the parking lot will be on your left. Park in lot and we will walk down to the Nature Preserve from there.  Please join us for this beloved annual tradition!

We will not be in the church building that day and there will not be a Zoom connection.

If you are interested in joining us for our Virtual Sunday Services, please contact us at:  [email protected] for log on information and to sign up for our weekly e-newsletter, the Voice.

May peace and good health be with you.
